Jeffrey interviews himself about the concept of the Akashic Field. He compares it to William James’ notion of a “cosmic reservoir” that contains all the information that ever existed. One might think of it as analogous to the internet in some ways. However, information is not necessarily conscious. Postmortem survival of human consciousness would require more than a field of information that can be accessed through the psychic functioning of living individuals.
