Understanding our true nature is best explained through the nondual Eastern traditions, especially Advaita Vedanta. This is where the great sage Shankara enlightened the world, bringing the essence of ancient Hindu spiritual knowledge back to life. Shankara’s words will guide you back to your true nature where the illusion of “I” as this person separate from everything else evaporates revealing the nondual supreme consciousness.
