This banquet address will summarize a ten-year field study of Ted Owens (1920-1987), who performed many demonstrations of ostensible large-scale psychokinesis – or possibly precognition – involving, among other things, hurricanes, volcanic activity, lightning strikes, sporting events, and various disasters such as the 1986 Challenger explosion. Jeffrey will also present recent empirical evidence that, 35 years after his death, Owens may be attempting to continue such demonstrations from the afterlife. The recent study concerns weather patterns in Europe influencing the war in Ukraine.
