Even frightening dreams can bare gifts. We can heal from trauma and grief by having dreams for ourselves and others or by having precognitive dreams and visitations from deceased loved ones. A person can move from post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTD) to post-traumatic spiritual growth (PTSG).
